Frequently Asked Questions

How can I purchase a Fisher Weisman Product?
The Fisher Weisman Collection sells its designs through to the trade Design Showrooms. If you are not a designer or architect, we may still be able to assist you. Please contact us for assistance.

Where can I obtain pricing?
Please contact a showroom for pricing and availability. Click here to link to showroom locations. If a showroom is not available, feel free to contact us directly.

Can I have my order delivered directly to my home or my client’s project site?
We recommend all shipments be delivered to a professional receiving warehouse for proper inspection and handling as the majority of our products are well packaged in sizeable palletized crates. However, we can offer a separate white glove delivery option for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.

Can Fisher Weisman products be customized?
Yes, we love custom orders! Our skilled team of artisans and furniture makers produce all orders by hand, which allows us to customize most designs to suit your specific requirements. Click here to link to our Custom page where we show a portfolio of customizations.

How long are the lead times?
Production lead times for standard items vary between 8 weeks and 14 weeks, depending on the style, and production schedules at the time the order is placed. Our team is happy to work with you to rush an order for a particular deadline if possible. Allow one additional week for shipping.

How do I care for my Fisher Weisman Product?
General Care:
All furniture and lighting should be maintained regularly to preserve finish and condition. Take
care to not place your Fisher Weisman pieces in direct exposure to sunlight or a heat source as
this will cause finishes and materials to change and deteriorate over time.
Lighting Care:
Dust with a soft dry cloth regularly. To protect the finish, do not use cleaners or abrasives.
Metal Leafing:
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean regularly. Wipe dry to protect the finish, do not use cleaners or abrasives
Papel Amate and Wood Tops:
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean. Wipe dry to protect the finish, do not use cleaners or
abrasives.

What is Papel Amate?
The Papel Amate veneer is an artisanal material, handcrafted of wood fiber and protected with multiple layers of a durable, hand-rubbed clear finish with a low sheen. Each batch of Papel Amate has unique characteristics that add interest but prevents our craftsman from delivering predictably uniform color and visual texture on every surface.

Can I receive updates of new products and announcements?
Yes. Please send an email to info@fisherweisman.com and let us know you would like to be added to our mailing list.
